A young industry

Solar power is our primary field of expertise. Solar power development is a young industry offering highly attractive investment opportunities. Growth rates are very high and several countries have favourable incentive schemes.

Services

We primarily work with projects having a project budget of at least 25 million Euros, corresponding to the lower limit of many financing banks. 

However, based on our network of direct contacts to well established developers we can identify high quality projects according to almost any set of specifications. 

Usually, we start the definition of a project by the investor. Together with the investor we define the project specifications at the general level. Thereafter, we search for a suitable set of project permits. Having found this, we involve the other project partners: Financing bank, developer, EPC contractor, hardware suppliers, lawyer, auditor, etc.

On some occasions, we identify solar power plants already in operation that represent a direct investment opportunity. In this case we have a framework for fast evaluation and due diligence that can form the basis for carrying through the investment.

In any case, we work with the investment until it is completed and accepted by the investor according to a set of predefined acceptance criteria.

We can also arrange O&M as well as technical and commercial management of the plant.
