Challenges

The challenges of our End-to-End approach are the following:

• Slower decision process: By involving all potential parties in the End-to-End project process, communication and decision making are slowed down. This we regard as an investment in a future longterm cooperation setup.
   
• Lower margins: By defining the End-to-End framework early in the project we eliminate the potential upside of making a better deal in a turbulent market. We have deliberately chosen to disregard this opportunistic approach since we prefer to work in a stable, professional environment.
